Novels with Spirit

For some, having various writers can lead to misunderstanding the words and flow of the Bible storyline. However, this author believes God's Spirit is the ultimate Author. My novels attempt to follow the storyline in the actual chronology of the Bible, without altering the message of the Author, the Holy Spirit.

Called the Novels with Spirit, this series attempts to bring the Bible narrative to life in a flowing, contemporary style that will enhance the reading experience. The plan is to produce the entire Bible in softcover, eBook, and hopefully in an audio format. The Novels with Spirit series is a creation of author Johnnie R. Jones. The series will be novels that enhance the characters and stories as found in the most-read and most-published book in history—the Bible. Stories in the Bible have time gaps and chronological anomalies of which readers are unaware. This series fills in many of the difficult spots with character dialogue and drama that bring each story alive. Fictional characters add to clarify many scenes.
